POSITION TITLE: OPERATIONS PLANNER
Department: Operations
Position Reports To: Senior VP Operations, Director of Operations

Position Description
We seek an individual to assume responsibility for planning and scheduling production activities on our many consumer brands.  The selected individual will oversee the purchasing of materials and determine requirements for materials, manpower, and production processes.  He/She will review, develop, and implement policies to improve profits by reducing inventories while meeting production requirements.  He/She will coordinate production, warehouse, purchasing, and shipping activities to achieve strategic planning goals and perform capacity analyses, plan engineering changes for production lines, and recommend equipment purchases.  He/She will keep management informed of recommendations and areas needing improvement, and provide assistance to area managers as needed.

Qualifications  

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management or related field, or an equivalent combination of work and experience.
Required Knowledge: Knowledge of manufacturing, quality control, and planning processes.
Understanding of inventory management.
Knowledge of production line requirements and processes.
Experience Required:

Two or more years of related experience in manufacturing, and quality and inventory control.

Skills/Abilities:

 

Well organized with strong planning skills and attention to detail
Good communication skills, computer skills and problem solving abilities.

POSITION TITLE: ASSISTANT BRAND MANAGER
Department: Marketing
Position Reports To: VP or Director, Marketing

Position Description
We currently have openings for both an Assistant and an Associate Brand Manager to work within one of our three business segments: Over-the-Counter Healthcare, Household Cleaning Products or Personal Care products.  We seek motivated individuals to function within our small entrepreneurial environment. We seek team members to assist in brand management, work on marketing planning and help develop advertising, marketing and other strategic plans which will help grow the business consistent with the company’s annual business plan.
Qualifications  
Education Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Marketing or related field.  At least one year of experience in marketing or related field.

Position Description
We seek an individual for our small, entrepreneurial environment with 90 employees responsible for providing marketing leadership for, and management of, one or more specific consumer brands in one of our three business segments: Over-the-Counter Healthcare, Household Cleaning Products or Personal Care.  Candidate will formulate and execute brand specific marketing plans and budgets consistent with and supportive of the Company’s annual business plans, and help to develop and oversee promotions including advertising and public relations.  Manager will ensure professional business relationships and assume responsibility for planning, development and implementation of marketing strategies, programs and policies.
Qualifications  
Education Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience and training. 
Required Knowledge

Understanding of Consumer products, and services.
Knowledge of promotion techniques, pricing policies, marketing, advertising, and distribution channels.

Experience Required Five years of related experience.

POSITION TITLE: DIRECTOR, REGULATORY AFFAIRS
Department: Science and Technology

Position Description
The Director, Regulatory Affairs will report to the SVP, Science and Technology and have the authority and responsibility for corporate-wide leadership of the Regulatory Affairs Function

Essential Functions and Basic Duties:

• Lead the regulatory affairs activities of the company.
• Manage and lead a diverse set of projects and personnel with a focus on product and process innovation, quality, safety, and effectiveness.
• Formulate regulatory plans and budgets for the Company, setting corporate and departmental goals and priorities related to Regulatory Affairs.
• Responsible for ensuring that the Regulatory Affairs and R&D organization achieves annual operating plan goals and budget targets.
• Development of patents and other intellectual property related to the Company products.
• Foster close cooperative relationships with all functions in the company. Work with Marketing and Senior Staff to develop new product plans and strategies; with manufacturing and quality assurance to ensure new products are of high quality and are readily manufacturable; with clinical research to ensure products are safe and effective.
• Refine and enforce Regulatory and R&D policies with particular emphasis on compliance to the company’s Quality System and external regulatory standards including ISO 13485, FDA regulations.

Qualifications
Education B.S. in Chemistry or a similar technical field, or equivalent experience, is required.
Advanced degree: M.S. or Ph.D. is highly desirable
Required Knowledge

Strong knowledge of cGMP, ISO and FDA submission regulations.
Broad experience in Regulatory and R&D technologies and strategies
Knowledge of human resources, purchasing, facilities, security, and quality control procedures and programs.
Understanding of related legal and regulatory requirements.
Knowledge of Company products and services.

Experience Minimum of 10 years experience in R&D with 5 years of progressive management responsibility, including at least 5 years in the pharmaceutical industry. Demonstrated track record of success as Director of Regulatory and R&D functions in a pharmaceutical company through all development phases.
